Guided garden tours available $10 per person (minimum of 10 people), which also includes viewing the Historic Homestead and multimedia presentation.

Woodlands Country Cuisine employ many staff to cater for you. There is the Cafe Staff, then a different team 'Woodlands Country Cuisine' team to work at your function / wedding.

We will send you a quarterly newsletter and members have unlimited free access to the homestead and gardens

To make a donation to the Woodlands Trust
Woodlands Trust appreciates any donation received towards the ongoing upkeep and running of the Woodlands
Historic Homestead and Gardens. Many larger donations, used for a particular cause have been generously donated
to the Woodlands Trust in the past. If you wish to discuss your donation, whether monetary or other, please speak
with Lizzie Waters, Manager on 07 824 3687
All payments, i.e. donations, membership fees, catering, beverage payments, venue hire etc. payments are all made
by sending your cheque to Woodlands Homestead and Gardens, PO Box 53 Gordonton 3264, or by direct banking to
'Woodlands Trust' BNZ Hamilton, 020 316 0319608 000, quoting who the payment is from and what the payment is
for. You may wish to pop us an email advising of your pending payment coming through direct banking then we can
keep a watch out for it. We will then send you a receipt through.
If you are making a deposit for a Wedding, please use the brides surname as a reference. We will then send through a confirmation letter and receipt for you.
Woodlands has a New Zealand Gardens Trust rating of a 'Garden of Significance'. The 8 hectares (15 acres) of gardens
include many trees of National Significance. The historic Homestead has an A classification with New Zealand Historic
Places Trust which recognises that it is one of the few remaining buildings of its era in the region.
Tuesday is volunteer day at Woodlands. Come and enjoy the social atmosphere as you assist with the maintenance of the
gardens. Morning tea is provided and you can volunteer for as long or as short a time as you want. What better way to
get some fresh air and see the fruits of your labour enjoyed by thousands of visitors each year.
