Our comprehensive wedding package includes a personalised tour of the estate, pre-wedding planning sessions, and expert guidance to help you design a day that reflects your unique love story.
On your wedding day, we’ll take care of every detail – from a seamless ceremony setup in our picturesque gardens to beautifully styled reception spaces within our charming homestead or Wisteria Room. Our experienced team will coordinate your rehearsal and manage all on-the-day logistics, allowing you to relax and savour each moment.
An example of your wedding day at Woodlands:
9am arrive with your bride tribe. The Homestead will be open for
you and your hair and make-up experts to prepare for the day.
Venue set up is from 10am Our event co-ordinator will work with you to
ensure the venue is setup to your requirements. This includes placing
the ceremony chairs, outdoor tables with chairs during
canapes, reception tables, chairs and linen as per your seating
plan. Your chosen caterer will complete the reception tables as per your requirements.
Pre-ceremony Guests arrive to chilled water and selected
seating. Your gift table and welcome sign complete this starting
point of your wedding day journey.

Photos The MC will guide your guests to the canape space
while you enjoy the gardens for your private photos.
Eat, Drink & be Married Relax and enjoy your guests, you only
need to worry about your dance moves. Our caterer’s event coordinator
will work with you in the lead up to your day to create
your menu and beverage choices.
Last Calls Bar closes 11.30pm and guests depart. Please pack up and
remove your personal items and decorations.
