Exclusively Yours...

  • Our Homestead, Wisteria room and adjoining lawn.
  • Standard chairs, bridal table, dining tables (round, seats 8), linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware for up to 80 guests.
  • Sound system and handheld microphone for the Wisteria room and adjoining lawn. (We recommend a band or DJ for evening entertainment.)
  • A rehearsal held within opening hours.
  • Guest access to Woodlands Homestead on the day until 5pm.

Wisteria Room

Your choice of complimentary styling package worth $1500;
Elegance:
White Chivari chairs, table centre piece mirror, glass votives & candles, potted orchid, grey linen napkins, table numbers, bridal table vases, Mr & Mrs sign, full set up and break down.

Rustic:
Wooden cross-back chairs, table centre wooden round, woodlands centrepiece, grey linen napkins, table numbers, bridal table vases, Mr & Mrs sign, full set up and break down.

Woodlands linen, up to 10 dining tables and chairs as per your seating plan. Staff will work with you to add the final touches.

The catering team will place the napkin, appropriate cutlery, crockery and glassware as per your menu requirements.

Please discuss your specific styling requirements with Woodlands event co-ordinator. Extra costs may be incurred if Woodlands are required to assist outside the above standard setup.

Final payment of venue hire is required five working days prior to the function, once final numbers and seating plans have been confirmed.

Access to the property on the day is from 10am until midnight. Additional charges may apply if you require the venue outside these hours. Please discuss with the Woodlands events co-ordinator.
